Our meal prep service is simple, flexible, and personalized to your needs, making it easy for you to enjoy delicious, home-cooked meals without the hassle of planning, shopping, or cooking.
You can select from our weekly preset menus tailored to your needs or create your own menu and send it to us. After confirming your order, we’ll handle the shopping, cooking, and packaging. Your meals will be delivered ready to reheat and enjoy.

Your meals always fresh. We deliver the meals so they stay cool and fresh. And once your meals are delivered, place your meals in the fridge ASAP.
Stored properly, your meals will remain fresh for up to 7 days. For the best flavor and quality, we recommend enjoying your meals fresh rather than freezing them.

We can prepare meals for a variety of lifestyles. If you have a particular request, let us know, and if we can cook for you, we will!

Yes we do!
Our menu offers family style meals and the majority of our meals have options for family style or multiple servings; up to 6.If you have a large family, please let us know and if we can customize something for you, we would be happy to do so!

Absolutely! We take allergies and dietary needs very seriously. Whether you have food allergies, follow a specific diet we will customize your meals to meet your needs.

We currently offer serving sizes for 1, 2, 4, and 6 individuals. We also offer family-style meals as well.

Meals are billed on a weekly basis.

To place your order each week, log into your account and select meals from the weekly menu. You will also have the option for custom meals as well.

Yes, you can skip a week if you're out of town. You can pause in your account setting or just let us know and we'll make sure not to prepare meals for that week.

We require 72 hours’ notification before your next billing date.
