Meet Your Chefs
Husband and wife duo Miki and Glenn are the heart, soul, and love behind Chef's Kiss.
Their love of food began when Glenn asked Miki if she knew how to use chopsticks before asking her on a ramen date. That was Miki's first time trying ramen, and since then, Miki and Glenn have traveled from Canada to Mexico to search for the best ramen across North America.
Miki and Glenn are serious foodies, constantly exploring new cuisines and flavors. When their family of three became a family of five with the birth of their twins, they started cooking at home more often, crafting meals that brought the same joy and excitement as their foodie adventures.
Whether experimenting with new ingredients or perfecting their go-to comfort foods, Miki and Glenn’s kitchen became the heart of their home.
Through Chef’s Kiss, they share their passion and love of food with others, creating unforgettable dining experiences that are as much about the love of food as they are about the joy of togetherness.
Chef Glenn
Glenn’s love of cooking goes far beyond putting food on a plate. It’s about bringing people together and cooking incredible meals to celebrate the moments you’ll remember for a lifetime. Glenn attended culinary school at the Dallas College Culinary, Pastry, and Hospitality Center and has trained with nationally and world-renowned chefs and bakers from Michelin-star restaurants and world-class hotels.
Along the way, he’s had the opportunity to meet culinary icons like Chef Tiffany Derry (pictured), Kelsey Bernard Clark, and Erick Williams, whose passion for food and excellence continues to inspire Glenn’s approach to every dish he makes.
Chef Miki
Miki is the Creative Culinary Director. Her culinary expertise is in the art and designing of beautiful, custom charcuterie boards, boxes, cups, cones, numbers, and tables. She loves challenging her husband to cooking competitions and takes pride in replicating restaurant dishes at home—often with a twist that makes them even better. Outside of charcuterie, Miki loves cooking classic home-cooked meals that remind you of your childhood. Her favorite dish is surprisingly simple, spaghetti with meat sauce.
