I know what it feels like to juggle work, family, the gym, and still try to cook meals that aren't repetitive, boring, or unhealthy. I understand how busy life can be — I’m a chef, a husband, a dad of three. And for years, I was trying to balance it all too.

I started Chef's Kiss Meal Prep Service to help busy people like you and me eat better, feel better, and finally take meal prep off our plates.
I trained at the Dallas College Culinary, Pastry, and Hospitality Center. I’ve cooked in Michelin-rated and James Beard–recognized restaurants like El Carlos Elegante, Rye, and Restaurant Beatrice.
Along the way, I’ve had some fun — hosting pop-up restaurants, cooking at Tiffany Derry’s Shef Food & Wine Festival, placing 2nd in the “86 Cancer” Chopped-style culinary competition at The Adolphus Hotel, and taking 3rd in the 2024 Baylor Scott & White Chef Cook-Off (that’s me in the picture).
